It sounds good. What are you eating it with? My lazy self says it would go well on toast.
Yep, toast at the moment, but would be very nice with fresh crusty bread or the olive sourdough they sell at the markets or actually would probably be very nice with fish.
I adore olive sourdough. A company called the Bread Nerds makes it here, and it sells out very, very quickly. Deservedly so.
