Latest variation on pesto

Parsley,
armonds,
green pepper corns,
lime juice,
olive oil; and
greek style yohgurt ...

I like it, but it has a bit of a grainy texture.

    1. Yep, toast at the moment, but would be very nice with fresh crusty bread or the olive sourdough they sell at the markets or actually would probably be very nice with fish.

    2. I adore olive sourdough. A company called the Bread Nerds makes it here, and it sells out very, very quickly. Deservedly so.
