P:  I need an appointment as soon as possible with Dr "A"!

R:. (on a Saturday) Sooo, Monday 11 am?

p: Oh no. I work till 5 pm. It has to be after 5:30.

R:. So Wednesday 6 pm!

P: Oh yes, that's fine.
